Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel has a cool downtown location right next to all the old school action, but be aware of the loud street noise that can make it hard to sleep. The rooms are a huge improvement and now offer a more pleasant experience, although they still smell a bit strange. The service received was very unprofessional at times, with some staff members walking in unexpectedly, but other team members really showcased the quality service you would expect. The location is convenient to everything Fremont St has to offer, despite the noise issue, and it's cool to be downtown amongst the vibrant atmosphere. The dining options are decent, with a buffet available in the first-floor restaurant, but be cautious of any raw fish offerings. Make sure to ask about value for money and potential additional fees for certain services.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were awesome and at a great price, but I could hear the TV from the next-door room when trying to nap. The cleanliness was questionable, and there was no coffee provided in the room. The construction work made it noisy, and the bathroom felt outdated and dark.
